DOUBLE-WALLED TUMBLER PURCHASE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Whilst it would be impossible to guarantee that no double-walled tumbler will leak from the rim, my manufacturer has conducted leak tests before shipping to me, and I have also conducted my own, manual leak tests too. This is to ensure as much certainty as possible of their quality, before they are sent to you.
I am therefore confident that my double wall tumblers will not leak. However, in the event that you purchase a double walled tumbler from me that leaks, I will refund you the full amount in the form of shop credit.
You will need to provide the following evidence before the credit will be issued:

A video of the tumbler leaking from the rim

The item MUST have the guarantee sticker in place. DO NOT REMOVE the sticker until you are happy with the item as any items with the sticker removed will be void of refund eligibility
Occasionally, you may be required to return the item to me so that I can investigate the issue further.
Leaks must be reported to me in writing within 14 days of purchase. If you do not intend to use your tumbler within 14 days, I recommend you perform a leak test in this timeframe to ensure you are able to claim your refund, should it leak.
Please note: the free shipping on orders over £100 does not include double-walled tumblers.

Loyalty Card £15 Voucher Terms and Conditions
After 5 consecutive orders have been placed and the completed loyalty card picture has been sent, you will receive a voucher code to the value of £15 which can be spent on The Little Isla Co website.
A minimum spend of £20 per order is required to qualify that order for the loyalty card offer. The minimum spend excludes bundles, sparkle scoops, mystery boxes and clearance items. It is also not combinable with any other offer, for example ambassador discount codes.
The £15 voucher can be spent sitewide but cannot be used towards shipping fees. The £15 voucher is also not combinable with any other offer - for example ambassador discount codes.
There is no time period restriction on the 5 qualifying orders, however the loyalty voucher must be spent within 3 months of receipt.

Payments
Full payment will be due upon ordering.
Payments can be made using a credit or debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay via the website.
Changes to/Cancellations of Orders
Any changes or cancellations to orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Changes or cancellations after this time
may not be accepted without a charge,
as the order may have been created already.
Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering will be refunded in full.
Cancellations after 24 hours of ordering will be charged at the full price of the order - refunds will not be offered.
When placing your order, please ensure all spellings are accurate as these will be used to make your order.
Changes to errors may not be possible after 24 hours from placing the order.
Many orders from The Little Isla Co are bespoke, and cannot be resold if incorrect information is provided.
Turnaround Times & Shipping
Currently, I am operating on a 5-7 working day turnaround time (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays) for all cups, tumblers and Snowglobe tumbler orders. The turnaround time for accessories (e.g. bow straw toppers) and craft supplies (e.g. glitter, rhinestones) is 1-2 working days.
Often I dispatch orders sooner than this but if you are not able or prepared to wait the full turnaround and delivery times, you will need to contact me BEFORE ordering as I cannot guarantee faster dispatch.
For all cups, tumblers and Snowglobe tumbler orders, and for large accessory/craft supply orders, I use Royal Mail tracked 48 for delivery. Orders over £100 are upgraded at no extra cost to the customer and sent via Royal Mail 24.
For all regular accessory and/or craft supply orders, I use Royal Mail 2nd class.
For bespoke/custom/personalised orders, returns and/or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged or faulty. For all other items, returns are accepted and refunds will follow the receipt of the items back to us in a saleable condition.
